Spring wardrobe wish list

(Skirt by Hush, shoes by Topshop, bag by Marc by Marc Jacobs via Net a Porter)

It may be pissing with rain outside but I am already planning my spring wardrobe. Mainly little additions to go with my core staples from last spring/summer of stripy tops and brown leather belts mixed with blue blazers, blue cardigans and an assortment of grey jumpers. I bought these shoes last week and the skirt today. It calls itself khaki although it doesn't look like it in the pictures, so only time will tell if it looks ok. Sadly the Marc Jacobs bag is more of a wish list item, although if I get my bonus in April, maybe a reality... (don't worry Husband, if you're reading this, if I get the bonus, I'll save it, not blow it on handbags)

I love those sandals! I used to be a complete flip flop person. Now sandals all the way. I wish I could be wearing a spring wardrobe but the wind here is still beastly and so it's multiple layers and lots of rugging up still :(

I just saw that post and thought: sandals! I can't wait to wear sandals again...

Aw, I hadn't even started thinking about spring clothes and now I'm all excited about the idea! Sandals!

Oh that bag. I think I would kill for it. (OK, maybe not).

You have no idea how excited I am about spring finally arriving (later than for you guys). I've been wearing the same few clothes since Frédérique was born -mostly jeggings and nursing tops. I am SICK of it. And they're getting big (10 pounds down, 15 to go). When winter is finally over, I can finally start expanding my wardrobe a bit -I have so many dresses, tank tops and skirts, which will fit regardless of my current plumpness.
